That sounds like a good idea- especially since most colourblindness (l'm pretty sure?) isn't actually having no colour. lt's more that some colours appear somewhat differently. l don't know the exact details, though. Somehow the idea of a changed colour palette instead of straight up black and white seems more true to being colourblind. Uh. Um. What, rambling.
I think this approach will work well, it won't be nearly as harsh as just using grey. And using muted colours will give you a lot more scope work with. I love it! It makes me want to work on creating more backgrounds
One of my friends in highschool was colourblind, he described what he saw as being sort of monochromatic brown (though I don't know if that's entirely true, I'm not sure he knew what brown was XD )
Desaturated colours?! Who are you and what have you done with Alexandra!
Seriously, though, I really love the colours in this one. They really set a mood well. I also read that this is a quick one so I won't pester you about the fact that the roof isn't parallel to the horizon. Nice work!
I like it! The blue color-tone really reminds me that it's about a girl named Blue, and the colors are blending so well together I can't help but enjoy it full-on. I might even want to do backgrounds the way you do!
This looks good. (: I love the colors, and I'm glad you chose that over black and white because it gives it feeling. There's not much left to say, everyone else has said it, very cute. Are we going to get to see any of this comic on here?
