This is kind of a departure from my normal technique, but I thought I'd try something different. I used very thin line art and tinted the lines, and painted underneath. Time-consuming but very clean.
This is a costume design for a Mugrobi wick. If you play Thorns, that will make sense to you.
also, like the new stamp? I'm making a new website.
Hawt. I love the way you draw hips and legs, dude. She has fantastic shape to her - those intuitive lines you see when the person doing the drawing really knows what the fuck they're doing. (Ooooh. Massive jealousy. )
My ideal body has a big head on teeny shoulders, big boobs, a little stomach fat, huge thighs and calves, and tiny feet and hands. I'm very particular.
...that makes me think of that bit in Pulp Fiction, where the chick is expressing a desire for a "big, perfectly round pot belly". I thought that was weird the first time I saw it... only later did I realise the pregnancy implication.
I didn't realize it was about pregnancy...I just identify with unusual tastes I guess o.o That makes me think about that scene in a whole different way..
I'm just guessing it's a pregnancy thing. I imagined it was subconscious on her part. I may be entirely wrong. (If it's not a pregnancy thing, she's entirely welcome to have my belly, which while not big and perfectly round, I fear needs some sort of situp-related torture. Bah.)
My ideal body is zero-maintainance and lives forever. Also, it doesn't worry inanely about stupid things, and stops having stupid stomach pains now please, ta.
Actually, shit, if I could choose an ideal body, I think I'd have a man's one. Not forever, mind - just a day or two. That'd be fun!
I've often wondered what it would be like to have a man's body for a few days. If only life were like those fantasy high school movies from the early 90s where mothers and daughters switch bodies right before the prom with hilarious results. I think I'd probably learn a few valuable morals, but I'd be too busy being topless all the time.
I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
