I really like them as a whole, but I feel like the first image, of Keiyra, isn't your strongest work- her hair kind of lacks definition- I get that you were maybe trying to make the edges diffused and that these are probably quickish sketches, but it looks a little unfinished- it seems to lazy the richness of your usual work. Also her jaw looks like it is maybe a little too far forward? I think that might just be because the shadow on her bottom lip comes across a little too far to the left, maybe.

That being said, I am always really impressed at your ability not just in portraying different ethnicities, but in really creating seperate and distinct characters- a lot of semi-realism type artists seem to distinguish different characters with just slightly different noses or hair colours or something, but your faces are always so alive and distinctively individual that I can always see them as being real people, like getting a glimpse inside the living world of your imagination.

Thank you very much for the critique :) These were 30 min portraits, so they aren't very finished. I also pretty much forgot to paint Mr. Moore's forehead!

I'm always really hesitant to give critiques, as most people see them as being an insult or something, but I figured you would be able see it's more that I like your work enough to speak honestly! I wish I could get anything even half this finished in just 30 minutes.=)

I love how varied your artwork is  I see a lot of artists get stuck in one style, then draw all their faces and such the same way. But with yours, each is its own individual entity~ No two are the same

Fff. I want to take Moore home with me.

Love your realism portraits! The colors on Keiyra are to die for.

These are very beautiful faces. Keiyra looks thoughtful, Harper looks playful and Freja looks so serious. Very well done.

I'm showing my total lack of knowledge here. What is an "NPC"? I get the impression, from lokelani's comment that it isn't a nice thing to have happen to you?

Beautiful work, as always.

In our game it means a character played by a moderator or administrator. There's no negative connotation at all. [link]

Damn, that stubble is killing me. Is that you just stippling like mad or do you have a secret? Although if its a secret I don't guess you'd tell me anyways XD Freja's face is also stunning, I love her lower eyelid.

I got a really strong sense of time of day my first glance at these. From left to right they kind read (to me) morning, evening, and night.

I like how you do stubble :>

curse you and your photoshop *shakes fist* I'm not patient enough to mess with brushes and layers and stuff.

Layers be damned I say.. =p it's just a checkbox setting in your brushes menu though, don't even have to make a new brush.

I think I know what you're talking about. In all seriousness I would like to teach myself to paint in photoshop, just to be able to say I can do it :>. Right now I'm stuck on painter classic.

You have a really nice handling of people from different ethnicities, like, awesomely so. Love the dude in the middle and his mild scruff, sad that they're NPC's, they all seem so interesting. 8D

We roleplay them, they have personalities and storylines, but we're mods so we call them NPCs =p
