I just realized I did a darkwing duck picture with very similar colors...
When I was a kid I used to sneer at people who drew in color books and colored Mickey Mouse bright orange and pink. It's weird that I am now allergic to making stuff look like it actually does. I was inspired by [link] to paint a bridge and some purple rocks, and [link] (by Mel Olm) to attempt leaves, and both these paintings are amazing, so go check them out! |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. seriously, i get the nicest feeling in this.
it's kind of like this whole piece is a swatch of fabric with a pin sewed right in that distant light source.
i guess i mean it has excellent movement. i feel like i could grab the edges of the frame here and pull it open wide enough to just step right into.
