So...if you're wondering why I'm not asleep at 4:11am...

Ever turn around and think you see something out of the corner of your eye, but then you can't see anything unusual? That happened to me twice. I THOUGHT I saw just a ribbon of black something in the air, kind of rippling like water. Spooked, I wandered into the kitchen - I guess it's actually a kitchenette - and saw it immediately again. I figured there was something in my eye, so I stopped, took off my glasses and rubbed my eyes.

Now without my glasses I can't see a thing. If I were to take them off and hold out my hand, it might take me a minute to count all my fingers. I'm severely nearsighted. So when I opened my eyes after rubbing them, all I could see was fuzziness. The kitchenette was dark, because I've become slightly energy-conscious over the past few months, and when I looked up I saw what appeared to be a man's chest and neck.

The weirdest part, apart from a phantom torso hanging in midair, was that it was as sharp as if I had had my glasses on. I only saw it for an instant. It appeared to be solid, but I could also see the stove and counter behind it. It was colorless and kind of insubstantial but I could definitely see the shape for about half a second. It was just long enough to register in my brain, and then it was gone.

I know you guys will probably say that it was some kind of residual thing from when I rubbed my eyes, but I swear I FELT some kind of body heat from it, and my eye spots from rubbing my eyes usually go away faster than this thing did. It was really really weird. The presence wasn't "malicious" (I know some psychics say to look out for that) but it felt really familiar somehow. I was spooked but not afraid, if that makes sense.

Anyway, I'm sitting here wondering if I am TOTALLY INSANE or just in desperate need of sleep. I think it's a neat 50/50 between the two.

Now I know the question you're all asking is "did it have nipples?" and the answer is yes, it did. Ghost nipples.
