Hi there, deviantART!
* The way I work is this: I never take on more than a certain number of jobs at any one time. Depending on the size of the job and the deadline, it holds a certain priority in my queue. When several slots open up on my queue, I take on another set of jobs. I will post about my availability on my journal and, starting summer 2010, on my website and twitter.
* I do not charge a flat price for everything. I will give you a quote if you contact me, and I'm flexible with payment plans.
* If you wish to commission me for private work, please inform me if there is a deadline. There may be an extra fee for rush jobs.
* If you wish to hire me for professional work such as illustration, logo design, website design, etc., please {note me on deviantart} or {email me} and we'll talk.
* Private commissions (such as character portraits) do not involve a contract unless requested.
* I apologize if it takes me a while to respond to you. A faster way to get a hold of me may be through e-mail.
* If you do not have a direct reference for your character commission, a minimal design charge will be added based on the complexity of your request.
* If you're knowingly asking for something well out of my comfort zone, your mileage may vary, although I will give every job my best attempt.
* I don't do pornography, though I have no beef with nudity.
* I will refuse any work that has a politically or socially intolerant message.
* If you wish to use my work for commercial purposes, you must inform me ahead of time so that we can sign a contract.
* I do not do speculative work. Please don't ask me to "show you what I can do" - my gallery contains plenty of samples of my work. I will automatically decline any job when asked for speculative work.
* Please do not ask about requests, art trades or free work. I wish I could do more of these, but I don't have time.
